Austin Junior High Art teacher, Ashley Collins, collaborated with elementary Art teachers, Linda Miller and Tammie Clark to make stuffed monsters for their Kindergarten students at FNES and LSM/BD. They asked Kindergarten students to create their own monsters based on the movie and stuffed animal brand Ugly Dolls. AJHS Art students named each doll, gave it a background story and created branding for it. Then they were returned to the Kindergarten designers.
